Searching is executed rapidly as the user types. Users can search by file name, file type, date, contact, company, and more - and can sort by any parameter. Content is organized automatically in any way the user wishes.

Advanced organization features enable users to:

	-	Create personal workspaces.
	-	Create personalized lists of news feeds.
	-	Create group folders for rapid access to companies, contacts, documents, photos, music, news feeds and web links.
	-	Create project folders for rapid access to key project information. Projects can include any combination of companies, contacts, folders, news feeds or files. Items can belong to several projects without being duplicated by Viapoint.

Additionally, the product is capable of automatically launching the appropriate Microsoft Office applications in order to work with content and fully supports intuitive features that users have come to expect such as drag-and-drop and Microsoft Office clipboard functionality.
