Our technical team has built adapters to popular sofware
packages, allowing you to browse their content through
Viapoint Organizer just as you would the files on your
hard drive. Thus, Viapoint adapters give you the ability
to view content from all your software applications
in the same window with your files and emails to give
you a complete view of all relevent information.
For example, a small business uses Outlook for email,
Act! for contact managment and Peach Tree for accounting.
With the combination of Viapoint Organizer and adapters
to these applications, clicking on a customer in will
show the user all Outlook emails(to and from), contacts
and calendar items for the customer; all Act contacts,
notes and activities for the customer; all invoices,
etc. in Peach Tree as well as all office documents
and other files relating to the customer. All this in
one place gives the user a complete customer view pulling
from both structured and unstructured data sources.
